Order Cancellation
Orders placed on our website cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed and processed.
Cancellation requests will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged during transit.
- The product received has a manufacturing defect.
- The wrong product has been delivered.
- The product received is significantly different from the product ordered.
Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of receiving the order by contacting our customer support team and providing clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Cancellation Request Review
All cancellation requests are subject to verification and approval by our support team. Once the issue is verified, the cancellation request may be approved and the customer will be eligible for a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Returns Policy.
Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders are not eligible for cancellation:
- Orders that have already been shipped or delivered, except in cases mentioned above.
- Orders cancelled due to change of mind.
- Orders cancelled because of incorrect size, color, or product selection made by the customer.
- Products purchased during special promotions, discounts, clearance sales, or festive offers, unless they are defective or damaged.
Refund and Replacement
Approved cancellation requests will be processed according to our Refund & Returns Policy. Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to the original payment method within the applicable processing period.
