Refund and Returns Policy

Roop Shree Online follows a strict No Return and No Exchange policy. Since our products are premium ethnic wear pieces and many designs involve handcrafted detailing, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of color, design preference, or minor variations in embroidery and fabric texture.

Exchange requests will only be considered under genuine circumstances such as:
. Incorrect product received
. Major size issue
. Product received in damaged condition during shipping

Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of receiving the order by sharing proper unboxing videos and clear product images. Claims submitted without valid proof may not be accepted.

If an exchange request is approved, customers will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with the exchange process. Roop Shree Online does not provide free reverse pickup or free exchange shipping.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact. Any product showing signs of usage or damage after delivery inspection will not qualify for exchange approval.

Refunds are not applicable in normal situations. Refunds will only be processed if a replacement product is unavailable or under exceptional approved circumstances decided by Roop Shree Online management.
